CREATIVE DIRECTION, CHARACTER ART, ILLUSTRATION
This project envisions three of the iconic classic UNIVERSAL MONSTERS in a newly unique illustration style. The style captures each monster emerging from a scratchy darkness, with their forms defined by a bright, dramatic light.
These pieces, featuring FRANKENSTEIN’S MONSTER, DRACULA, and the WOLF MAN, are currently in circulation at the company for usage in product and publishing projects surrounding the UNIVERSAL MONSTERS property.

GABBY’S DOLLHOUSE is a preschool fan-favorite and one of the company’s top-performing properties. To support toys, books, and other key lines, the above patterns were designed to keep kids engaged with coloring and tracing activites.
The deck below was created for internal company use, cataloguing and organizing 200+ creative lineart assets to be used across publishing collateral like books, and packaging for toys and other products internationally.
