THE GREEN TABLE is a vegetarian cookbook with recipes geared towards young adults to encourage healthy eating with simple processes. Each dish includes a description, step-by-step instruction, and nutritional information.

The cookbook includes two infographic posters: one that aims to offer nutritional snack alternatives to junk food, and one that breaks down the process of blending a daily smoothie.
